They're four types of silver alloy wire, which are SA (99%), SL (88%), SW (95%), SX (98%) according to their silver content, being mass produced in Sigma so far. The wire diameter can be produced from 0.6 to 2.0 mils and the different rations of alloys can be developed per the conductor's requirements if it's necessary. Nowadays, all of the assembly houses have been facing the big challenge to cut down the cost. In order to help our customers to reduce the packaging costs, Sigma continues to introduce new alloys' wire with the various composition. Because the gold-silver alloy wires own the excellent workability and bonding performance can replace the part of IC products being used by gold wire for reducing cost effectively.
